Meditation

Yoga is not just exercising. It is the process of taking the mind back from the “scenery” to the “seer”. This process is extremely energizing and that is meditation. When the mind is directed inward, it becomes pure and when directed outward, it is filled with thoughts of what you have done or what you want to do.

Meditation is the process of taking our attention away from “what I have done” or “What I want to do” to “what I am” and to the present moment. The practice of meditation will enhance our intelligence and innovative and creative capabilities.
